Conditions of Use
These Conditions of Use form part of the Terms and define what you can and cannot do on Outsiide.
1. Acceptable Use
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate information in your profile, events, and communications.
- Respect other users, Hosts, and Outsiide staff.
- Follow Host rules at events, including age, dress code, and safety requirements.
2. Prohibited Activities
- Do not upload illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or violent content.
- Do not post misleading or fraudulent event information.
- Do not misuse RSVP or check-in features.
- Do not abuse QR/barcode systems.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt Outsiide’s systems.
- Do not use bots or scrapers without written permission.
- Do not use the reporting system to harass, bully, or defame others.
- Do not resell access or tickets contrary to applicable law or Host policies.
3. Safety & Risk
By attending events or activities advertised on Outsiide, you assume all inherent risks associated with those experiences. Outsiide does not supervise events and cannot guarantee your physical safety or property security.
4. Enforcement & Moderation
Outsiide may remove or edit content, suspend accounts, limit host visibility, or notify law enforcement where there is credible evidence of illegal or dangerous conduct.
5. Commercial Activity Rules (Hosts)
- Hosts must accurately represent pricing, capacity, and availability.
- Hosts may not bypass Outsiide fees or redirect users to off-platform booking.
- Hosts may not create multiple accounts to manipulate visibility or analytics.
- All promotional content must comply with consumer protection laws.
- Hosts must not host fraudulent events or mislead users about ambience, safety, or features.
6. Community & Safety Guidelines
- Treat others respectfully.
- Avoid harassment, threats, or discrimination.
- Follow the laws of the jurisdiction where the event occurs.
- Avoid attending events under the influence if unsafe to do so.
7. Event-Specific Prohibited Conduct
- No falsified tickets, QR codes, or identities.
- No disorderly conduct or unauthorized entry.
- No harassment of Hosts or patrons.
- No dangerous or illegal conduct.
- No weapons, subject to local law.
8. Reporting Misconduct
Users may report safety concerns, host misconduct, inappropriate behavior, fraud, misrepresentation, or venue legality issues. Outsiide will handle reports under internal protocols, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
